Re: Cars horses open world why get sims 4

It's honestly not. They keep pushing things out before they're ready so they're untested and create big problems for everyone. Then they have to patch it but they don't test the patch so that creates another problem and another and another. At this point, it feels like whoever's left on this sinking ship isn't invested in the game anymore and they're so beat down by EA that the actual gaming experience is WAY at the bottom of the priority list. The new "wants and fears" system forces people to only play a single specific (and completely impossible) way so there's no more creativity or fun. Now, all the sims are super angry all the time and just bicker and insult each other constantly because yet again, they released something untested and surprise, it's broken. It's like they finally figured out how to emulate their own life experience so now anyone who used to love the game has to suffer or play something else instead.
Sims 3 was amazing and it actually worked. I'm casually optimistic that Sims 5 might be worthwhile but if it's the same team as Sims 4, I won't hold my breath.
