@Tobeldo  Why would you like to see Sims 4 in the Microsoft Store?  If you have a Windows PC capable of running the game, you should be able to buy it from Origin.  Some PCs run Windows 10 S, which restricts downloads to products from the Microsoft Store, but if this is your issue, you can switch to Windows 10 Home for free and no longer be restricted.
