If you are in Live Mode in the game, press the options Button on the controller. Then go to the game Options, and then go to the <Gameplay> tab, and on the right you will see Automatic Aging (played households) and select the bar on the right to <No>.
For unplayed household, you can remove the check mark if you wish.
This means that Sims no longer age.
