Let's see what we can do here to help get you back into the game, sorry about the error and thank you for letting me know what steps you've tried so far.

Are you logging into the game from the same device you previously played on and which sign in option did you traditionally use to login?

    Yes, I´ve logged from this device before
    Traditionally I used to login from Google.

    Thx Bluebuerry, 

    Restart Phone / App - Many times

    Install Reinstall the app - many times

    Update Android - Done

    Clear App Cache - Done

    Update Android - Done

    Close background apps -  Done

    Restart the app - Done Force restart your device - Done

    Check Device Storage,  - Plenty ,  70 gb free

    Wifi restarted - Done

    No VPN ,  so nothing to do .

    Im ni Mexico City ,  so noting about being in a "remote area"

    The last thing,  that i dont want to do,  is "try on another device",  since  i dont have one,  but i´ll try that as soon as i can.

    Nope.  nothing related,  that issue was about "something happened while playing the game" ,

    @lamawally

    When you said you restarted your WiFi, I assume you toggled it off and on.

    Have you tried removing the WiFi network from your device you generally connect to and then re-added it?

    Also, if you linked up with Facebook try going to the Facebook app and under Settings>Apps>Remove Madden Mobile and then try re-launching the game.

    Done and done.... thx for your patience Blueberry its really weird ... im looking for a way to unlink from Google (same as you suggested for FB)

    @lamawally 

    There isn't a way to disconnect the app from Google. Once you've assigned the game to your Google account it is linked to it. Going to Facebook and removing the device connection still doesn't un-link it from that Facebook account, just the connection between the device you were using to help troubleshoot syncing errors.

    Are you able to login to guest mode and then change to Google/Facebook?

    Nope,  i got exactly the same message trying to  login as Guest / Facebook / Google. 

    I dont care about my "game progress" ,  i could make another acocunt and begin from zero,  for me is the same, i just want to play. 

    This is really weird.

    I'm having the same issue as @lamawally and have also tried all solutions that you suggested to no avail. I'm on the latest version of IOS and I am using a 2020 iphoneSE.

    How long have you been experiencing this and did you recently come back to the game or did it just suddenly stop working one day?

    I've been trying for about a week, I recently came back like @lamawally I’ve also tried logging any as just a guest and with my Facebook but neither of those work either, same error.

    @Titandog21 Do you happen to know what your Madden Mobile User ID was?

    If you do, can you direct message it to me?

    And just to clarify what Blueberry is referencing in regards to "User ID." User ID is the numerical ID of your Madden Mobile account (all numbers). It would be located via your Settings menu in game.

    I would assume if you are having trouble simply recalling your In game Username, that your User ID # is not something you will be able to provide.

    Ah yes thank you for clarifying, no I don’t have that either. I assume there would be some table in their database that kept those things together but idk if usernames are unique.
