Yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've reset my console to factory settings. I've reset and saved games and apps, and I've also power cycled. We play FIFA 21, Rocket League, MGS, and other game works just fine. But for some reason Madden freezes every time I play it at some point during the game.

I tried what was suggested, and I'm still having issues with Madden 21 freezing. The only thing I can think of next is to uninstall the game and go a complete factory reset. This highly frustrating.

When I asked about the external hard drive, did you also delete all the Madden files for previous gen and next gen on both the internal and external?

To clarify, you mentioned you upgraded. The console allows two versions of the game to be installed. Do you have both installed?
Community ManagerThanks. Only one game is needed unless you want to play the previous version with friends that haven't moved to next-gen yet (or just prefer that version).
Do you have an option of enabling game sharing through Xbox console by setting it as the home console and then play on a different Gamertag to see if it's account/Gamertag related?
