Re: Madden 22 download community files connection error.

Unfortunately I have tried all of these things and none of them did me any good I still cannot access the community files.

I've done everything listed above, still cannot access community files. Just says, connection to the server has been lost. Literally not one thing I've tried has changed this. Something is broken on EA's end.

I am having the same issue on PS4

I can say for certain that this is happening on both the last and next gen versions of madden 22 for the Xbox, and if its any help I've had this issue since about halfway through madden 21 however that was only on last gen.

Same here, have been trying to troubleshoot for months and nothing.  Can't access community files with all of the Free Agency moves happening.  Sad game and sad support.

Issue just began for me, on two separate accounts I use. Was able to access it just a few days ago, but not anymore. One account can’t upload files, the other can,  but both cannot download. Wiped my offline save files to try and fix it and lost everything in exchange for nothing changing. not very happy. On ps5

Hey, Madden fans.

We continue to see some players not being able to download files. This is being looked into by the Madden team.

It is possible a proper power cycle with the console and network could fix this for you. We will update this thread when we are given more information to share.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

We had a player confirm it was fixed for them once they restored the license for the game. Can you try that and let us know if it works for you?

I did everything listed, Power cycling, redownloading, deleting save data, and restoring the license, all on ps5. Nothing changed.

I've tried everything you've listed and I've been having this problem for almost a year. I have am xbox series x I'm just not sure how this still isn't fixed

Because they don’t care as long as we give them money, they could care less about the community 

This has been issue on PS5 for over a month now 

Any fix insight?
