HI @MadiK22 Have you tested without the Mods folder, just to make sure it's not content there (or possibly quantity of content) causing an issue? If you still have a problem after dragging the Mods folder to your desktop and deleting localthumbcache, we can look at non-mod/CC causes.
I am also having this same issue. My sims will just stand frozen in place for countless sim hours instead of doing what I told them to do. If I shift click and use debug object they reset and immediately go right back to being frozen as soon as I assign as task to them. I have also typed in resetSim First Name Last Name and it does the same thing, they reset then immediately freeze again when you assign a task to them. If I travel with them to a lot in another world they act completely normal, but when they go back to their own lot they freeze within one or two tasks. I have completely removed all mods, have deleted the thumbcache, and have repaired the game through EA and the problem continues to happen.
