I'm level 190, I bought at least 400+ packs and opened the rest from either leveling up or from the battle passes. I still haven't gotten an heirloom. If someone at EA can pull up my account and check that would be great.

Doesn’t seem like you have answers, I mean people are losing money including me just to have some cosmetics to enjoy while playing apex, I haven’t received one heirloom shard since they even came out and I play everyday opened numerous packs and I haven’t seen anything, aren’t you supposed to have answers if this is the EAanswers page? Just a fellow gamer concerned for my wallet...

I swear im in the same boat as you. Before the heirloom shards, I have opened up roughly. 700 to 800 apex packs alone without the help of leveling up. I did the calculations and I never received the wraith knife I literally bought all the packs for. The shards have come out and I have tallied up how many apex packs I have opened and the number is around 1, 097... I would love the same help as this guy please

Kent im sorry, but I have wasted over 1,500+ and I stress the plus symbol for a the wraith heirloom and now these shards. You are telling me I have wasted that much money on a free game (that I love) for a return that was listed there. If you need me to send you a personal screenshot and all of these things I have a list of payments and I have nearly all the legendary skins for every gun and legend... I really want to know that you can do something. I dont think people should spend this much and not get a return they were promised.

Hi i have reached level 500 still haven't received a heirloom yet i have opened and bought countless packs never got one heirloom shard.. I have played in total 7k games.. I would like to know why i haven't received any heirlooms whatsoever during the course of this game by buying packs and opening packs from leveling up.. My gamer tag is Smoke_42020_...hope to hear from you guys thanks in advance

Hey @videogamer126.

If you still haven't received any heirloom shards then I'm afraid your count might be off. Also, if you ever pulled an heirloom from a pack at some point that would reset the counter as well. One you hit 500 packs you'll get the shards automatically.

I had a recent support case where i asked questions about heirlooms. The answer was now its a random chance and you dont get one guaranteed after 500 packs. at least thats what the employee told me. I think its stupid as hell and they should revert it https://imgur.com/a/PRvzEFb (proof of the convo)

Hey @FreZzxD.

Apologies for the confusion. That hasn't changed. You would still get the shards after 500 packs. The only difference is that you no longer get a random heirloom. You get enough shards to purchase an heirloom from the store.

Unfortunately that's not really something we can help with here on Answers HQ. You can try reaching out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account, but in every case I've seen like this there just hasn't been enough packs opened on the account to trigger the heirloom shards. If you keep opening packs you'll get them once you hit 500.

i am on ps4 and this happened to me as well . i opened about 504 apex packs still did not get the heirloom .293 i myself bought from the in game store and the rest i got from battle pass and from leveling up (i am level 430).my psn username in broken902unit i am requesting you to please check my problem.

Is it after level 500 or 500 packs open because I’m level 481 and have never received any shards but have definitely opened over 500 packs if it’s after 500 packs I’m definitely getting screwed
