10 min ban because my teammates all left me

I've noticed that most arena game I play my teammates usually leave forcing me to leave unless I want to 1v3, thefore leaving me with a 10 minute ban. I feel it's unnecessary to have it every time you leave a game or even lag out of one and get hit with a ban. If someone is choosing to leave every single game after they lose 1 or 2 rounds then they should have to wait 10 or 15 minutes but not the other people on their team.It's a good feature but it because of one person leaving it shouldn't have a negative effect on every one on their team.

    I feel for you. Unfortunately they seem to be cutting cakes with a frying pan instead of a knife. Other games has had to learn the hard way to implement systems for this just for Respawn to miss it. I am sure some of the developers know this, but if they are cutting corners or just ignoring it is not for us to say.

    Other games offer leaver penalties which also lets other players in the same match to leave without any punishment.

    @BroggF Yup, i just got this myself. Both my arena teammates dc’d within 30seconds. I played a whole round by myself just to see if they came back. Nope. So i left the match. Instant 10 min ban???? Surely if one of your teammates leave you should be free to go with no punishment and loss forgiveness???

    Is that something new? Because you use to be able to leave an arena match if someone else left before, unless its your premade. Seems strange that they would remove this feature.

    Happened to me weeks ago. I haven’t played an arena match since and I won’t. The imbeciles who make the decisions have forced me to avoid it.
