Account was Hacked over two years ago. Still trying to get it back.

I want to know if there is anything I can do to get back an old hacked account. It was hacked around October 2023 might be wrong I really don't know tbh but it was a long time ago. Ive tried going through the ban appeal process but every time i try to "resume case" it doesn't work leading to the case being closed and me being more lost than before. Ive lost hope for this account I cant play on my xbox account or steam account because of this which sucks. The only way I can log into the account to view the ban history and appeal is through my steam account they changed the email at the time so i cant log into it with another email. somehow one of my emails used to login to another ea account that i don't use (this one) is the secondary one of the same hacked account. I cant access the account manager, I cant appeal it. I just want answers i miss the account and all the stuff i had on it.

Slight update: Ive figured out the email account in full and somehow managed to log into the account manager with my steam and then changed the password since i still have the ability to send verification codes to my email. I now have access to the account but kinda useless since its banned.
