maxrfain00 You would need to contact the EA Support Team regarding your hacked account, and then the EA TOS Team regarding the ban as neither can be handled on the forums.
Note: When a player gets banned, they have up to 3 cases to appeal their ban, (which each case is handled by a different person from the EA TOS Team). If the player is not unbanned within those 3 cases, (especially if they were told to "not expect anything further"), then that unfortunately does mean that the ban will be upheld.
