Add an off option for hipfire and ADS reticles
Add an option to turn off the hipfire and ADS reticles in Apex, just like the hit marker option, These things are really annoying, they get in the way of seeing the enemy clearly.

Also add toggle options for first-person tracers, the yellow flash when a character model is hit, and the red flash when armor is broken.
