Add the Volt

I don't know how many times this has been mentioned by others, but there are only 2 energy weapons in the game, compared to 6 light. The volt was a extremely fun, fast smg that was a valuable addition to titanfall 2. I do not like using the other energy weapons that much, but the idea of a fast weapon, acting like an energy r-99 would be very fun. Let me know if you have any ideas.
