After opening well over 500 packs, my fav set never appeared! HELP RSPWN!!!

My name is Dakota AKA iSpyro7 on Xbox. I have invested almost 2000 hours of my time & about $1000.00 USD on this game I love so much! It is & has been the only game I’ve played since February the 4th of 2019. I unlocked the Bloodhound & Pathfinder heirlooms a few months back & afterward I kept track of how many I had opened because I’ve always wanted wraiths kunai as it’s my favorite of the heirloom sets. Well today I bought $130.00 USD worth of packs knowing Without a doubt that I was going to get the heirloom shards at some point through the 115 packs but got nothing but disappointment & frustration. To make matters worse I call to find out what’s going on & I find out that I don’t get it situated I have to post to this forum & hope someone helps me. I love this game more then any video game I’ve ever played in my 26 years of living & I just want the kunai knife I’ve been so excited to eventually get for over a year now! PLEASE HELP ME RESPAWN!!! Like I said earlier I’ve spent over ONE THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS & played 120,000 minutes of your game & all I want is what I paid for in many, many paychecks & a whole years worth of patience.

    @iSpyro7 From what I’ve heard, when they made the switch to the new system, all packs opened already, (after your last heirloom) contributed to your chances of getting an heirloom crate. Unfortunately, since the chances are out of 500, you might have a long way to go.

    @Sir_Named They said that any pack you opened prior to the switch to the shards would carry over so I should have recieved shards/I’ve already reset on my 500max guarantee from before but what im saying is I have acquired other 500 packs since it reset. You’re “supposed to be guaranteed an heirloom at a random # between 1-499 but if not you’re “supposed to be 100% guaranteed an heirloom on your 500th. I’m over 500 & still no shards...

    @iSpyro7 But I think the chances would reset after you got your heirlooms a few months ago. Unless you got most of the 500 packs in the those few months, in which case you would probably get a new one.
    Basically, it’s likely that after you got your other heirlooms, they reset the chances or something, so it doesn’t include boxes opened before then.
    Unless you opened 500 in the few months after that, I think you might have some more to go.
    Honestly, I think the loot pack cost should be kind of reduced, as you spent $130 to only get like 115 packs, which is a bit too much for a game.

    @Sir_Named That’s what I’m so frustrated about is I have opened 500+ packs in the past month since opening the boxing gloves on Jan 31st. Not only have a spent $500 but I’ve also earned level up packs as well as packs from the S4 BP (currently level 60) so I honest to god don’t know what is going on I why I, along with many many other people from all platforms haven’t received our very expensive & very time consuming heirlooms that we thought were “Guaranteed” at or before 500 packs. I could see if it was a person here or there but how can literally thousands of people that are just “off on the count” or “haven’t hit the breakpoint” & are also told there’s no way they can count the amount of packs opened per player but yet know when you spend money & unlock items? It literally makes no sense to me whatsoever...🤦🏾‍♂️

    @iSpyro7Oh, then in that case I’m not sure. Maybe you are slightly off in counting? I don’t know, that’s not good.

    I think they need to input a stat that shows how many boxes we have opened so we can gauge roughly how many more we need to open
