Allow a Legend to cut down zip lines

@Sir_Named Imagine it like this: you see a Pathfinder zip line in the distance and an enemy team hops on it. You aim your ballistic knife at the zip line, throw it, and it cuts it in half - dropping all of the opponents on their heads and causing damage. Hilarity ensues. This would also allow your own team to zip line up to some high point and then cut the rope so no one can follow.
@Professor_Doggy True, but then that would really devalue pathfinders ult. For example, all the pros might just carry the knife, so whenever a pathfinder tries to use his ult, it’s just cut down. Or, troll teammates might cut it down just for fun.

I don't actually care what the Pros do. But in this case, it would be a tough shot, as in, hard to hit the zip line with the knife. There is damage when a Legend touches lava, so I was thinking it could be something like that. Or no damage, it doesn't really matter to the overall idea.
