Allow a Legend to cut down zip lines

@Professor_Doggy@ my character proposal for this topic would have to be bloodhound I mean think about it he’s a tracker and knife wielding hunter I think it’d be appropriate for this character to be able to cutdown the zip lines they could add the option to press square or X depending on the console the player are playing on while his ultimate is active
