I have searched many times and it was EA's customer service who called me here to inquire. I believe that although my account has been unblocked, it is still in a server that only cheaters can access, which has caused my account to be unable to play normally!

@wokeqnmd I am not sure why they would direct you to the forums. The mods or staff on the forums do not have access to that information. Only 1 team can speak on that concern. That team is the Terms of Service department. Only they can access that information.

WhoseHeart1s1eft As mentioned by E9ine_AC, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

Furthermore, bans can only be appealed up to 3 times, so if you had already appealed 3 times and were denied, (especially if you were told to "not expect anything further"), that does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld.
