Apex Legends

Hey so ''me'' and people who changed consoles Lets say from xbox to PC like i did... And also spent allot of money on the xbox and not being able to get the items we had to PC.... In my oppinion thats really bad, but i understand aswell, so my question is.. is there any way to actually be able to get all that back or atleast something from it since allot of money is spent on the game and not being able to get anything back out of it just for changing consoles? Thanks
