Apex Season 14 Gun Accuracy

The wingman amd 30-30 have both been turned into bizarre short to midrange weapons this season.  In previous seasons I was able to use them both effectively at distance but they are now Useless with a 2x or greater scope.  I'm watching bullets from these two guns go right through targets without registering damage.  

Hit dead on?  no damage.  Lead a bit for bullet drop?  no damage.  Aim at the head?  no damage.  It's infuriating that these weapons can't connect.

Then I hipfire them from 2 feet away and get a headshot.  Like what?

Meanwhile I'm getting no scoped by r301s from the other side of the map.  Why bother having these useless guns if the 301 is basically a laser beam now?

    @BigMacAttack8u the 30-30 has definitely been tweaked. I tried it again tonight and long range shots were absolutely not hitting. I cod see bullets hitting the target but no hitreg. Midrange shots were shredding people though. There has to be some kind of bug with the bullet drop code at distance. Not sure why the 30-30 would miss but every other gun is dead on accurate at long distance.

    @Dalepeople Hit reg is a different issue that plagues every gun. The 30-30 has not been changed, all marksman weapons are not meant for long range, only mid range. Close range guns don’t work as well mid range, bu work well close range, marksmen work well mid range, but not really long range or close range, snipers work well long range, mid range and close range.

    I never had a problem with the 30-30 at distance.  I used to harass snipers eith it all the time.  Now I feel like they have put a significant drop on the bullets.  

    Seems like the ultimate sniper this season is an R301 which apparently can shoot around as far as you need it to and also outperform any smg at close range.
