its under map feedback. because it regards making of MAP..... general chat shouldn't be filled with people asking  for suggestion... theres a reason EA made a FEEDBACK section.. for sugggestions.. a suggestion is a feedback....

No, in first place it regards the APIs.

Maps is just a little, less important part of this topic.
