Ashz ult sucks

Ash's ultimate is clunky and the range sucks. Please improve.

@Zulkiers I agree with the minimum distance thing. The max distance is 62.5 meters. If they were to do a minimum distance then it would probably be 15-20 meters.

For reference pathfinders zip is about 200 meters.

    since pathfinder's is 200
