Ban Apeal - Apex Legends

Sidenote: This is for EA and or Respawn. 

So on January 20th around 5:30, my steam account was hijacked. I have gotten the account back since that date a few hours after the incident. I haven't played Apex Legends since the incident, but when I tried to play around today it gave me the following message. "Your account has been banned" It completely caught me off guard because I was not expecting that. I have attached 2 files regarding my account being hacked and another showing the steam confirmation message that it was hijacked. I am asking for an Unban and for my account to be under review to confirm that I am indeed not cheating or any other bannable offence.

  • @Dr_Bren321 Its sad how they're quick with banning hijacked accounts, but they just sit there and sort of let a hacker create multiple accounts with no issues.
  • @Dr_Bren321 It says 1 bann on record but last bann was 239 days ago, what happened 239 days ago?

    Im always suspicious with stuff like this but I did get my epic games acc hijacked by some chinese dude so anythings possible im just lucky i noticed it a couple hours after he changed the password
  • @Dr_Bren321 the same happened to me but it was on origin a week ago too, did'nt inform me about someone logging into my origin account thru email just today I decided to redownload apex legend and found that my account was banned , after investigating I found that someone from turkey used my account. I've reached out to support , hope they can help

    Just so you all know my year old game ban was from the first time my account got hijaked the guy got me banned now of rust and easy anti cheat did nothing that’s why I still have that ban

  • @EA_Atic Atic there is something you can do. You can try to have someone look into this. TOS doesnt do anything and it not right people losing their account because one part of your dept gets wrong. I have never been banned or had worst customer service than with you guys. My account was banned for no reason in Dec and still the TOS sits on their hands. Why isnt there some checks and balances when it comes to customers account...you guys need a quality assurance team to make sure bans are proper not leaving your customers out to dry for two months on a bogus ban.

    Desputing the ban doesnt do anything if the TOS is wrong!

    I currently have a ticket in to dispute my ban for the 4th time. They have "looked" into the ban and have confirmed it is for good reason. I have never cheated in this game or knowingly played with anyone cheating. They would not give me any information as to what caused the ban. I have spent $1000+ on skins and had played since day one. I would not have risked that amount of money by cheating. Can this please get some attention. I have created another account to play the game and got the 4k badge already. I didn't even have that on the account that was accused of cheating. Please from one gamer to another, undo this improper ban!
