i dont think she is actually a bad legend.
taking no damage would be too much of a buff tbh.
the best buff i would can imagine would be, that she is not detectable by abilitys while standing in her tectical smokes.
i feel the meta is her biggest problem. lots of people play a bloodhound in which case the defensive smoke often backfires.
