So yesterday I quit a ranked match without realizing my teammate had picked up a self revive during our last fight. I got banned from all modes for 45 minutes. BANNED FROM ALL MODES FOR 45 MINUTES! Are you serious? WTF!? So I sent an email with my complaint. I don't mind being banned, I totally understand but for 45 minutes, from all game modes... The response email I got basically reaffirmed my ban and pretty much stated I needed to accept it. It then went on to explain that the system was implemented to create a better experience for all players. Lol, ha ha, a better experience for who? What about my experience? I play this game all day every day, I've probably spent more than 500 dollars across the platforms. How do you know if the other players are not playing for free. So I'm being banned for 45 minutes as a paying customer?? I'm an adult, I have work tomorrow, I don't have 45 minutes to wait to play any mode. They even banned me from training, the nerve, like I'm going to play the training mode anyway. They want to fix something? Fix the comms so my teammates don't sound like robots, fix the damage so my shotgun actually does appropriate damage, fix the match making system so I don't have to carry bronze players, fix the hackers using aim-bots and lastly fix your expensive * loot boxes. Needless to say I uninstalled the game and launcher immediately. If I see or hear about another ea or Apex thing, I'm * all over it. Who do you guys think you are?? Anyways, hope I catch you in Battlegrounds. P.S. I want my money back too.

Can EA just add what everybody especially the people leaving matches want and add a damn permanent solo mode or even ranked solo like hell that would fix the majority of the people leaving people saying its a ‘’team game’’ dosn’t mean dog sh*t to the people that are leaving games they just want to do there own thing die rage quit and move onto the next the other day my team died from the start so i killed the guys and then my squadmates both left ._. Im a trash player and I actually wiped a squad and people still left XD

@gtony66 "to far to pick u up ... you expect people to sit there the whole time till the match is over" really? because as far as i know you can leave when your timer runs out, and thats what? 1-2 minutes? yes some people drop solo, thats one issue but you should be able to wait theese 1-2minutes to get no penelty since your team is still able to get your banner.if you dont like that - play unranked, than you can leave when you want, although i would like to have a penalty system there as well because of guys like u and temper.since you have the bahavior to leave early and have no patience you shouldnt play rank anyway.

@xDD86x Come to think of it, I might have suggested a 3 strike permanent ban for leavers. I just don't remember at which media the suggestion was posted... So if I were you, I would be happy they didn't implement even stricter punishments...

@EA_DarkoIt's pretty * and the second email I got said the community asked for it, I've been here since launch, nobody asked for a 45 minute ban. 10 minutes, 15 minutes, I get. Banned from ranked mode, I get but from all modes....

@xDD86x Come to think of it, I might have suggested a 3 strike permanent ban for leavers. I just don't remember at which media the suggestion was posted... So if I were you, I would be happy they didn't implement even stricter punishments...

@xDD86x yeah i agree, this "punishment" is childish... we got stuff to do, cant be bothered to "watch" 90 seconds of my life going down the drain....
they should spent more time on "matchmaking" as they call it :P 90% of my "teammates" dont even know what gold armor does in season 3 :/ RIP

I can go back and forth with you guys all day, the point is that anything over 10 minutes is absolutely absurd and to ban me from playing casual is also ridiculous. I don't want to hear anymore about it.

@xDD86x People with this mindset is the sole reason we need incremental penalties. The thing is, we understand that the leaver penalty is a necessary evil that fuels a lot of anger. You feel cheated of a good game experience, and the ability to control your own game, especially since you spent money on it, but it's still a team game, and your teammates should not have to suffer your impatience. You got 45 minutes, you have repeatedly left games.

You need to fix this problem ASAP you know how much people spend on this game your going rock loose a lot of people playing this game because of this stupid abandon penalty it’s ridiculous some people don’t come and pick u back up or drop into another location at the last min and there to far to pick u up ... you expect people to sit there the whole time till the match is over people have spent thousands of dollars on this game and you used that money to add this crap to screw people out of playing ..... dumb move on your part
