1. There might be some visual setting you can change to increase the highlight.
2. That is an issue.
3. The tactical only scans in a radius in front of you, not all around you. It is very possible to look in the wrong direction and miss an enemy.

I thought the tactical scanned all around you smh... Thank You for informing me of this, no wonder it wouldnt scan the enemies that I would hear that were either above or below me.
- @Villain071 It also goes out in a cone, so the closer the scan, the "skinnier" it is.
