Bringing back Bangelore's Outland Warrior skin?

I saw in the trailer for the new "The Old Ways" event that the devs have decided to bring back the ability to purchase the Outland Warrior skin for Bangalore.  I already own this skin and am not happ...

Yea, sucks they brought it back but I don't think it was listed as event exclusive skin.
