Exactly what Villent says, right now his abilities are useless. You're a tracker that makes other people track you when you use abilities... Tactical ability? the entire universe sees red lines flying by. Ultimate? The entire universe hears you screaming and panting. Surely a badass tracker like bloodhound should be able to have a little bit of stealth. The character design is cool and recon abiities could be nice, but right now it's useless.
After playing her today for the whole evening, I gotta say I agree. I extremely rarely used her tactical because of how revealing it is.

and yes, bloodhound ultimate needs to be worked on!
