Can path finder be buffed or back to normal

Pathfinder- Pathfinder was or was one of the most important character needed for a team the more movement characters were added and was less needed then out of the blue he was nerfed with a 34 second cool down for his grapple this nerf made him one of the most useless characters with slow movement making playing with other legends like octane, lobs, and revenent hard to play with as a team.

Pathfinder needs his old ability cool downs back to make him a usable legend in team fights or team plays, with the nerfed cool downs octane takes his old spot on team movement making pathfinder useless.
