cant aim in or ping items

I was playing Apex and I play on Geforce Now (PC) but when I plug in a keyboard and mouse and go into the game I can't seem to aim int the sights of any gun and also pinging any Item wouldn't work. Basically, anything that had to do with right-clicking or the middle scroll wheel would do absolutely nothing. I did test the mouse to check if it was broken or anything like that but it seems to do the tasks that I do seamlessly. But I don't know why I can't aim in or ping items please help if you have any answers.
