Can't get out of rank silver

Hi guys. 

I play the game from the beginning and never got over gold IV, because of the team mash up. 

My friends don't play ranked cos the team mash ups are terrible. I'm level 500 and I'm always playing with guys below level 50.they don't even know how to shoot. In free game is the same. 

How am I suppose to evolve if I don't play with anyone better than me??

My team mates get killed easily and I'm facing 1v3 all the time. Today I had 2 bronze II players in a silver lobby... What the hell guys. Why don't you fix that???

4 of my friends have given up on the game because of this, cos they can't evolve, they were always playing with kids below level 50.

Sometimes I don't even have team mates, but if I get out of the game I'm punished!

Today I got fed up. I love the game, but I'm not going to continue to play like this. 

I only got 6 wins this season and I'm loosing motivation. Sure not going to spend money if it is to play like this. Sorry but is not worth it!

I'm level 500 and paying player for God sakes... 

FIX THE TEAM MASH UP AND THE LOBBY MASH UP. yesterday I had diamonds on my silver Ii Lobby...

    To advance through the ranks, you need to be generally BETTER than your opposition, not equally or worse and since you are stuck in silver just proves you arent better and probably should be there until you get better.  Im gonna be brutally honest here, but the reason why you are teamed up with lvl 50s is because silver is a low skill tier where many "real" lvl 50s should be.

    Dont blame your teammates; you even started the post with blaming your teammates for never gotten out of Gold4, and now you blame then again for not getting out of silver...  You seem to be under the impression that you are so much better than your teammates. Well, if that had been true, then you would have gotten out of silver already. In all honesty, I think you belong in Silver since that seem to be the skill level that you currently are at.

    Then ofc we have the smurfing problem in ranked that messes up things but thats another issue.
