Change PC/console matchmaking to MnK/Controller matchmaking

@LapinMeurtrierEveryone says that won’t work because people can make their mouse and keyboard appear to be a controller and have aim assist on mouse and key, this could also be used to put mouse and key players into controller only lobbies

@TheApexLegendNub Yes, but still it would lower count of gamepads lot. Dont everybody cheat
