I think it would be very beneficial if you added an option to downscale the resolution in borderless windowed instead of resizing the actual window itself by changing resolution. Using 4k monitors while streaming makes the GPU cry and would be very nice to be able to run a solid FPS while streaming and playing.
agreed. this is also an issue for gaming laptops, which today often have high DPI displays.
Being forced to play fullscreen to render 3d at a specific non-native resolution is really painful..
I know about the Dynamic Resolution feature, which will lower the 3d surface rez to hit a framerate target, but this kind of changing resolution can be very distracting.
Please allow us to pick a specific 3d render resolution for borderless windowed.
