Change the color of sights?

Having red green color deficiency, seeing the red dots/sights on certain guns (especially the wingman and 1x dot) is extremely hard. Sadly the color blind options don’t work for me either, because they change so much other stuff (that for me) doesn’t need to be fixed, so it ends up messing more stuff up than it fixes. So having an option to customize the color of reticles would be really helpful! Or at least an option to turn certain sights to green reticles instead of red
