Chinese players banned from using game accelerators

Question

Chinese players cannot connect to the server because of the wall, so we must use the game accelerator (which is very close to the VPN but is only effective for games). A large number of Chinese players are banned and will never play APEX again, including many players who spend a lot of time and money on APEX.I hope you can modify the rules of anti cheating software and lift the ban. If you don't, you will lose more Chinese players

Hi, we removed some posts as they contained unsupported text (we don't have Chinese support here on AHQ, sorry), but from the evidence provided there doesn't appear to be a ban. Rather it looks more like a networking issue.
In that case it might be worth alerting your service provider.
