Conduit is Overtuned

I have 1000 kills on conduit (https://apexlegendsstatus.com/profile/PC/el7uarvszheo#S-legends-statistics) and I think she is overtuned. If you fight a team with a conduit without a conduit in your team you are always at disadvantage. Conduit is both good on tournaments, ranked and pubs. I also play it almost  every game and enjoy it but that does not change the fact that she is overtuned.

Here is some ideas to balanced her:

I think her tactical effect (that beam that goes thru walls) should be more visible and give out the position of herself and the target. Currently it is hard to see it and when you cracked someone, he can be already at 50 armor and it is too late when you commited to down them. The more audible sound effect can also be added. Maybe some green pop effect and an audio effect like revenant ultimate could help. I notice when I use her tactical most people does not perceive it and get knocked because they think me/my teammate is cracked.

Ultimate ability has too much horizontal and vertical range. She is supposed to be a support legend, not an assault legend. Her ultimate should be used as defensive matters to reset, like when your teammate is downed it can be used to prevent the team from pushing. Right now it is possible to force people out of the cover or high ground when pushing which makes not much sense. It is also very strong in final circle on tournaments.

And I don't like when a legend is overtuned nothing has done for months and then they are nerfed to the ground. Balance changes should be applied slowly instead of making legends unplayable. After watching the situation and taking feedback other changes might be applied (like tactical range or adding los requirement to tactical). For example look at the seer. It stayed OP for too long then nerfed the ground and now almost useless.

    @el7uarvszheo Completely agree with your first point about her tactical effect having more visibility. I also think it should have a longer delay in terms of when healing starts. If you damage someone while they are being healed by conduit, their healing will resume almost immediately. I took a clip today where an opponent healed for 10 shields in between consecutive R99 rounds. That's right, they healed in between consecutive bullets of an R99, where both shots hit them. That backoff needs to be extended greatly - it's ridiculous that someone can heal while they are actively taking damage.
