And honestly, I know I'm being unfair by suggesting you could fix these things ASAP but really your game's reputation will never recover if they aren't fixed withing the next week or two so seriously, you ought to consider stressing the importance of this. If all the paying customers leave we all know what will happen to your jobs to a nonprofitable game. Most people haven't even seen a need to spend money on this prior to the season so except for a few whales I think we all know you guys were banking on the paycheck Season 1 was hoping to bring in. I understand you have to say what you're told about reporting hackers but again, of the small percent of people who would even bother to do that, they can catch one hacker at best per game. It's a free to play game. They can instantly make a new account and join up in games with the rest of the general public even if your support staff is taking peoples reports at face value and banning them instantly (which, you can't because you'll burn all sorts of innocent people that way). Even isolating the main offenders here, the Chinese people playing, won't fix it since youll just have one ecosystem and huge economy completely destroyed, while a small number will just find some VPNs and hop over to NA servers. Or theyll just translate their hacking ads into Korean next week. You can imagine all the ways this can only be fixed by you. Seriously. Fix it or be a caution tale of your quick rise and even faster fall. Don't lose your jobs with the rest of EA's failed franchises.
