Dark Veil QoL Suggestion
Only consume charge proportional to the length of any veil that succeeds in rising. If one side of a horizontal veil is predicted to fail to fully rise due to an obstacle, then transfer that potential length to the other side of the holographic horizontal veil prediction. If both sides are predicted to fail to fully rise, then charge representing the length of the horizontal veil that failed to rise will be conserved if the veil is raised. This shouldn't be applied to vertical veils because there would be no point raising the remaining veil behind you when your enemies are in front of you. With vertical veils, this would prevent your entire charge from being wasted if your veil hits an obstacle, allowing you to wait for a moment to redeploy the veil you intended to. With horizontal veils, this would solve the problem of not being able to fully block a choke point because you weren't < 25 m away from both obstacles.
