Delete EVO

If not outright delete can we agree there needs to be a slight downgrade feature to the evo shields?

What i mean by that is when someone gets their evo shield to level 3 or 4 and dies the enemy who eliminated them gets that full shield at however much damage the previous player needed to upgrade it. Why not have the evo reset its damage needed to level up whenever a new player picks it op or goes down one level so it isn't as strong in the late game
