Does PC + controller gain aim assist??

It seems there is auto aim assist when you use a controller on the PC? Is this true?

My cousin was playing and I died and was watching him. At first I thought he was hacking because he is just a kill machine and 3 weeks prior he really sucked. I would say that every other kill was easily a headshot. Well I called him to yell at him for using hacks and he assured me he wasn't and that he was using a controller (on further review of the videos I recorded I could see the controller movements easily) and that the reason he's so good is that the aim assist is on. He's easily getting 8 kills a game when two weeks ago (he's level 20s right now) he could barely get 1 or 2.

If there really is aim assist in this game then I'm sorry for buying season 1 to support this company, I'll never buy a single thing again. I wouldn't put it past this game though because of the whole titanfall auto pistol crap...

I just saw a video on youtube about some sort of ADS Mod config for PC. Maybe he's using that?   sigh...  Is that thing real? Is this just all config file changes? What the hell...

OK Looking more into it there is a controller mod you attach and upload all sorts of macros to. I bet that is what he's using. Why can't you guys ban this? What is the point of installing easy anticheat spyware if you cant stop this?
