EA ToS team banned me without reason and closed my case

I got my account banned because of swearing to someone who was being discriminative and racist to me first and I have reported that guy, with TOS team saying they wont do any thing about that guy and my account was banned forever, after requesting the tos team to re-investigate and they insist doing the right thing, without a reason to me and now I cannot talk to them as they say the event closed. And the ea rule make us players no direct contact with the tos team, making them overpowered

    The Terms of Service team has the final say on the outcome of a case/appeal.

    If you have any new information that may influence your appeal, you are welcome to appeal your ban again, adding this new info.

    But I just want an answer to it and how would it become confidential as everything relates to me I just want to know why. And I cannot talk to them and they decided to end my case which is not fair

    @EA_Barry The case is like this where I was playing ranked with my friend we matched some random guy then he just died after fighting a full squad without waiting for teammate, then he called us RATS in capital which I don't know the meaning as I am chinese, but rats even in english relate to betrayer blabbermouth canary double-crosser fink informant sneak snitch source squealer stoolie tattler tattletale turncoat whistle-blower backstabber and according to history, rat is also racist to chinese, as there was a advertisement called ROUGH ON RATS that target chinese. I responed to that guy using swear words which I admit, but my account is banned and that guy got no punishment at all. I have responded the whole event to the TOS team who take no action at all and close the event so I NEED A REASON for this, which I asked the adviser, who say you guys may have access to TOS team and I require an reason for my account ban and why the racist is fine

    As you are now aware we here on the forum cannot assist with account issues, that is the sole province of the ToS team.

    Also the ToS team does not discriminate nor are they useless. 

    I do understand that another person was rude and or behaved badly to you (and that is not nice, nobody should have to suffer that) but behaving badly towards them is also not right, as we all know two wrongs do not make a right.

    I know that this is not the answer you are seeking but maybe there is something to learn from this. 

    In the future if you get back to gaming here on EA and Apex just ignore people that act that way, mute them and report them do not let them bait you and do not stoop to their level, as this can be reported on by them.

    @Asmodeus566 two wrongs do not make a right but that guy was not banned and I think I also do not deserve a forever ban and you said the need to many outweigh the need of few, but in the game both my friend and me was attacked, with only 3 people and 2's right being violated, shouldn't that guy be banned and my punishment changed to a suspension? Violating the rule needs to disrupt other player's sense of game but surly racists aren't under ea's protection so swearing to them should NOT be a SERIOUS punishment as a forever ban so I ask an response from the TOS team.

    @EA_Barry Bro I've waited for a week and there's still no reply. The company's rule is pure nonsense, claiming the tos team have done the correct thing but not dare to even tell the reason. Not allowing people having direct contact with them does not make sense at all. The judgement made by u guys also is mischeif. Look at maggie's voice line there's full of bad words "*, middle finger" and yet claiming those word to be fine but swearing to someone who attacked me is a super bad thing. The team cannot ban the hacks but people who pay you. Saying two wrongs do not make a right, your game does not even promote good words, look at maggies's voice line. Nothing will change u guys just rob my money, using your overpower rights and bullying me. If you guys cannot even give me an simple response to this, the fact that ea is just useless, discriminating and overpower wont change

    Hey @playerr114514,

    As a player you're bound by our Terms of Use, and violations of that can result in penalties including warnings, suspensions, or account closure.

    We don't have allowances simply because someone else also said something bad. If there's a violation of the Terms of Use, that opens your account up to being actioned for such.

    We cannot review or change these actions here, so if you've already appealed multiple times and the Terms of Service team declined to remove the ban, that will be final.

    Locking the thread here as we cannot address these issues on the forums.
