- @WreckingVi Yea...? Every lobby can have 6 squads with no fill option... so thats 2x6 ppl leas so 12... from beginning less and I with all issues surrounding the launch... well not even launch of a new update... every game has couple ppl less so yea 43 seems to be in the margin...
I think you’ll have to get used to seeing less ppl in games from the beginning @Koochi-QI think you are right. I didn't even think about it until now. Yesterday it did seem like unless I dropped hot I was not likely to see much action in the first circle. As you said, there's always people disconnecting, so the lobbies are rarely full. But it definitely seems to be more empty.
I tried the solo drop myself. It's a nice option for doing challenges without leaving 2 team mates hanging.
I think they should just go back to the old challenge system and give us a legit solo mode. This system makes me not want to do challenges in the first place which I think is why people drop solo just to get them out of the way.- @WreckingVi Here is a simple fix for that. Instead of using 20 squad as a limit, use 60 players. Say there are 6 no fill in one lobby so that's 12 players less. So you can replace the 12 with 4(x3) more squads, making it 24 squads in total. This keeps the no-fill option without costing the size of the lobby.
- @BaldWraithSimp Can’t believe nobody thought of this.
- @johnro55 Maybe the devs did think of it, but wanted to get more 'data' before implementing it? 🤔
- @Koochi-Q That is not the way no fill is supposed to work. No fill should actually result in more teams and people in the lobby. They said no fill would not remove any players. It should be 20 full teams plus up to 6 individuals.
- @BaldWraithSimp This is the way it was supposed to work. A completely full lobby now should be 26 teams and 66 players.
I think the new no fill option broke something important, because since the patch almost every freaking game I join, I join solo eventhough I have fill in random teammates enabled.
