Evo-sheild Fast reload perk

I like the Evo sheild sheild unless there is Gold armor in my opinion Gold armor is better because fast heals are super important and can be a game changer.

I think in terms of damage it feels right but I feel it is appropriate to give the Evo shield fast reload because it requires gun skill so it should reward that just a little more then it really can compete with gold and honestly make the evo terrifying .

I AM NOT SAYING DRAMATICALLY DECREASE THE RELOAD SPEED BUT MAYBE A 15-20% REDUCTION.
