Fix the knockdown shield plz

I don't know if i am the only one who is having this problem but 80% of the time i get shot through my shield and it pretty much pisses me off, I'd like to know if anyone else has this inconvenience

Unfortunately there's a bug right now where you can have your shield shot to nothing, but it won't disappear, which might be what's happening to you here. 

It's possible that folks are shooting around the shield too, of course, but it's probably the first thing.

@EA_David the problem happens on the first 3-6 seconds after being knocked, in that time lapse if i try to use the shield the bullets just go past it making useless, i am aware of the bug but this is different
