Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

Hy. I tried and it's just a small difference.. When I open the game and see the server list there is usually 32-50ms my ping, but when I play its 50-75-100ms

@EA_Aljo Are servers bad now?  I have been waiting over 5 minutes to get into trios... but ranked league is within 1 minute.  Why would that be that way?  I keep getting "Starting server", then back to "finding match" and back and forth.

Also my ping using speedtest is 4ms and 480mb/s download (700 when not running Firefox, which I don't when playing) and 480 mb/s upload

Thank you. That's not too bad. What country are you located in? Also, what system are you playing on?

@EA_AljoI'm in France. My system is a Latitude 5500 laptop (basically i5 2GHz, 8Go RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 660 with 2 go of shared ram, Windows 10 latest revision ~2H2. I don't run antiviruses and so on while playing, I only have Apex /Origin, i start most of my other installed programs manually -I edit those so they don't start at startup when not needed ).
I know that I lack most on graphic card, but what I described above was a repeated "unable to connect"/"you seem to not be connected" situation.
I see the limitations of my machine of my FPS, but as far as toggling shadows off and reducing resolution go, I can obtain 45 FPS in shooting range, and I am at 15 when dropping/ 25-30 on average, so it is not that bad (well, it is, but not for my level; I am not a pro, have bad skills anyway and can't afford better)

Maybe should I cut Origin in addition or would it increase the problem?

Most likely, the lag you're experiencing is being caused by your graphics card not quite being up to recommended specs.

How can you say this, since I don't have these effects most of the time?
Most times are fine, but suddenly, my GC would mess with merely connecting in the main screen, game lobby and character selection?

These are not so much greedy on graphics, I guess.

I could hear that my deadends/lost packets in the tracert logs could be a problem, but while my GC is not ideal for playing,

I may honestly suppose that it is not the problem involved in such situations, as it doesn't seem to be relevant.

But I am all hears to be corrected from a technical point of view if I am wrong.

Not being able to connect wouldn't be due to your graphics card. Lag could be caused by it though since it can drop your framerate. Can you try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here?
