GIBRALTAR dome of protection

I disagree with the shooting out from inside, its a defensive ability, not aggressive. Think about it, you would have an unbreakable shield with 100% cover for 15 seconds while you can just spray anyone in sight without a care.

Its defensive, use it when someone goes down so you can revive them or maybe to heal or retreat to. The second you are able to shoot through it, it becomes far too powerful and game breaking. 

You can try shield jockeying, when they rush in you step out, when they step out you step in trying to get some hits inbetween 

Only issue i have with it is that its too damn opaque, i cant see through it clearly enough and its so loud cant hear people rushing in

This or make it so the enemy cannot get in the dome. I've seen the enemy take advantage of the dome by going in and out of it, like really?

No, the dome is fine. Being able to shoot from the inside or locking  enemies out would make it way too strong. It's supposed to give you some cover, not to be an IWIN button, it's a tactical, not an ultimate.

I honestly thought you should shoot from the inside from the start.  I found out the hard way you can't.  This is the least of Gibraltars issues though.  His hit box & how weak his aim shield protection is need to be fixed first before we start focusing on abilities that are actually useful as is.
