Horizon is still OP

The fact she is in almost every squad should explain how OP she still is: how Respawn haven't nerfed her pencil thin hitbox I don't know. It is like most of the sweaty Wraith mains moved over to Hori...

    @hayhor I figured out one of the issues. It pulls once every 2-3 seconds.
    Considering it's a black hole, it SHOULD Pull AT ALL TIMES.
    Not Pulsing.
    Lousiest Legend in my opinion.
    I'd stick with NewCastle or Revenant, well until they kill death totem. Depending on the new ultimate I may never play him again.
