Time Spent

My name is Wolfque I'm a 2x Pred 5x Master with 40k career kills. I have just over 8600hrs in Apex Legends. I started playing in season 11 and ever since the start I was a Horizon main. Something about her Immediately appealed to my playstyle. Not just that her lore and backstory are amazing. She is my favorite character hands down. I have 15k kills on her and was #34 on console for seasonal kills. I have every "rare" and "unique" skin there is. Every 3000AC bundle it never mattered, she is my main. Sadly all of this is in vain due to the fact there's one skin that will forever illude me. Imagine your favorite character in a "microtransaction" video game never returning simply because you weren't playing at the start of the game. How is this fair to the new player? It's not. To the new players who stick around and love this game to the fullest. Especially the ones who stick around through the ups and downs for those people I'm writing this post. 

My Request & 8 Reasons Why

Apex please bring back the "Inverse Polarity" rare skin. There is so many benefits that I truly believe would help this game. Even better don't bring back that specific skin but make a recolor. We could even go further and make this a one of a time Mythic skin. Bumping spending for AS and use. Here our my eight reasons why I truly believe bringing back this skin would be beneficial.

1. No TOS violated. I know this is the main reason this skin hasn't come back. All old parties still keep their exclusivity with the old version simply because we won't use the old skin at all. The model could be changed with a similar design.
2. Players don't feel robbed by "ea cash grabs" because the new skin will be completely different from the Amazon Prime skin. 
3. Collectors would love a recolor of that sought after skin. Even if it was simply just to add another skin to their collection. There's millions of players that would buy this skin in a heartbeat.
4. New players who never got the chance to acquire this skin would now have the option. Players who main Horizon and spend hundreds of thousands of hours playing her.
5. This could be a one of a kind Mythic skin. Worth Ascendant Shards. This would bump spending and advertisement for AS. Imagine 3-5 recolors of that skin 10AS for each version just like the Universal Heirlooms. (Change the colors just like you did with Bangalore's Halloween skin)
6. All of this could fall in line with Halloween. Even next year's Halloween. This would be an advertisement frenzy.
7. Older players would love this as well just because the variety. Having the option to swap between whatever skin you please. Knowing only "OGs" will have both versions of the skin much like Fortnite does with rereleased skins.

8. This could fall in line later down the road with a Horizon rework. She is the only movement character that has been able to move knocked teammates since the beginning. She is also the only movement character that can die mid ability. This could be changed by a few things. Move her to support usually Horizon mains are the last ones alive anyway so the reset of health would bump her playability and team use. Give her two tacticals much like Pathfinder's double grapple. Lastly give her fortified buff or higher. Twenty percent damage reduction while in her que from all damage to anyone taking it. This would help her survivability and team pushes.

Closing Remarks

Truly this post is made with nothing but love for the development team and design team that makes all the skins we adore. I personally have a $5500 account I play on daily and will most likely play for as long as I can. I just wanted to bring awareness to the new players that never got the chance to get their "rarest" skin. As a Horizon main it's truly painful knowing no matter how much you spend you'll never have the best skin in the game. Continuing to support the game through ups and downs good seasons and bad. I just wanted to bring a question to everyone's minds. How as a community are we not willing to bring back this skin?

Most of the Legendary and "rare" skins eventually come back the store for AC. Even if you wanted to you now have the option to just outright buy the skin you desire. It's not fair and frankly a missed opportunity if you ask me. There's literally millions of players that would spend x amount for this skin. I personally would even trade one of my heirlooms for this skin. That's how sought after this skin is. I think I speak for the entire community when I ask please oh please bring back this skin.

I know there's slim to no chance anyone will see this, but I had to try. I love this game and continue to come back regardless of whatever game releases. To all the developers and employees that work for the Apex Legends team THANK YOU. Your game has been a huge part of my life, and I've hit feats I thought never possible. I make content and it all started with Apex. My only regret is not playing this game sooner. I hope this posts reaches you. God bless everyone.
