How to fix Heal Expert passive
At the start of season 23, I loved that supports were getting some attention. I think they’re a class that definitely needed it. But now, after a while, I feel some things need tuning. Specifically the heal expert passive granting walk speed and double value on small heals. Walk speed is fine, but having the double heals is fundamentally broken. Shooting a whole team for 50 in one magazine, you should feel like that is something you can push off of, but instead the entire enemy team is supports and can heal that just as fast as you dealt the damage and can be incredibly frustrating at times. This passive alone makes every other class feel extremely weak by itself, because being able to heal quickly mid fight is the difference between life and death.
I feel a solution to this problem (while still retaining some power to the passive) would be to remove the double small heals, keep the walk speed, and let supports carry 6 shield cells/syringes in a stack. They can support their team by carrying more meds for everyone, while not punishing players for dealing good amounts of damage by just healing 50 shield in 2 seconds.
