i cant access my case on EA's convoluted support system doesnt allow me
so i my account was hacked or something because i stopped playing apex before the first patch
its on steam now so i wanted to try it again i linked my account and all then went to play and my account is banned i submitted a case and 4 days later they updated it but i cant see what they said or did because somehow EA thinks people shouldnt have access to there own support tickets like its top secret information
my only options are to resume which i dont even know what i am resuming and delete
aside from the fact that this overly convoluted system is pointless how am i supposed to know what to do or what i could do if i cant see my own ticket and there response i didnt see any email from EA either so in what world other than the one where EA really just doesnt want to be bothered with any sort of customer service because lets face it we ALL know EA's track record already and they are known for just not giving a * about there customers at all and not caring in the least about customers time money effort anything really
if this keeps up im going to start publicly posting everywhere about this sort of thing EA does because the fact is its wrong
all i asked for was to unban my account and if they cant just unlink it so i can make another it isnt a complicated request as i see threads all over about people needing unlinks which makes me think once again EA screwed another pooch and made it impossible to do on there own which makes no sense because that just forces people to make tickets that EA will apparently ignore anyway
