I feel like Respawn stole my money!

I have played this game since beta - over 6 years. I have spent more money on this game than every other game combined. The only two things I spent my money on was Lifeline skins and Re45 skins. In fact, I bought almost every single skin available for the Re-45 ever since the cosmetic store was a thing. 

The reason 70% of my purchases were on Re-45 skins, was simply - because I fell in love with the gun. How it sounds, how it fires, how it feels, the recoil pattern, how it works for me, you name it. Love it. Its an original gun from day one. Over 6 years this gun was part of the game, and skins have been made and sold to us for it, for almost the same length of time. 

You guys even added over 15 new skins for it not long ago charging me close to $27 a skin. 

I have spent well over 1000 hrs just in the firing range alone to master this weapon, its recoil pattern and the time to master this weapon in close quarters, mid range as well as long range. I usually run two of them. 

I am not a sniper fan, nor a shotty guy. I dislike burst weapons and especially ramp up weapons, simply, I am just not great with the above. In a game like Apex Legends, I have found after 6 years, to be viable in a game were the MM is the most punishing available, cheaters rampant, and a smurfing problem Respawn refuses to do anything about - that I have to use the guns that I use the best to stand a chance. For me that has always been the Re-45... its the only weapon that I can beat a cheater with, or win against a pred or master player while I'm hard stuck in a silver lobby. 

You Respawn, made a product (Re-45) then sold us cosmetics for this product - then 6 years later - instead of making an energy pistol like most of the player base has been asking for years to make - Instead, you took that product knowing full well, many many ppl invested money into the product. Then you took that product and turned it into a completely DIFFERENT product. I was under the impression it was only for one season, so I didn't get too upset...watched my KD drop from a 0.87 using it, down to a 0.31 without it. I am hearing now that the Re-45 will be staying a burst, ramp up energy weapon. 

So please explain to me what do I do with all the skins I have bought and all the time I have dedicated to learning, improving and mastering the Re-45? You didn't just make a tiny change... you took a full auto pistol and changed it to a burst gun WITH RAMP UP, different recoil pattern. You completely changed it in every way possible know dam well thousands if not more bought skins for it as it was. 

Do you guys even research the different reasons why ppl buy weapon skins. Cause one of the main reasons I have come to know why ppl buy them is because they love the gun, use it all the time, play the best with it et cetera - hence why some buy skins in the first place. 

Explain to me the purpose of buying skins for your favorite weapons, if you guys can completely change the weapons to something else after you made your money off the skins? And to anyone reading this... if they can do it to my favorite weapon as well as an original weapon since launch... then they can do it to all your favorite weapons, regardless of how much time and money you spent on it. 

I can't help but feel you stole all my money spent on this weapon. I would have NEVER, NEVER bought one single skin for a weapon I can't use well or dislike. You guys shouldn't be doing this at all... the very fact that I have to say this to you in the first place is the real problem. The fact that you did not even consider the loyal players that spent so much money let alone the time put into learning the gun - did not even cross your minds tells me, you guys are so out of touch with the real world and spent too much time starring at computer screens. 

If you don't revert the gun back to the state many spend money on - I am done with this game. I will do everything I can to deter others from spending money on weapon skins. You have no right to sell us skins for a product, then take the product away. You guys make me utterly sick. Your business practices are scandalous and deceptive. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this. You stole my money!  

WAKE UP PLAYERS - the average person buys skins for their favorite weapons, the ones they use the most the ones they use the best (primary's) - yes, just like legends, weapons most ppl have a primary they use. Stop buying skins, because you will wake up one day and find your favorite weapon you put hundreds of hard earned dollars into and thousands of hrs of time into, is now something you would never use, don't enjoy and wouldn't have spent a dime on. 

Respawn, you should have done the right thing, made a new energy pistol and left in tact an original gun from day one that you have been selling us skins for - for 6 years! 

So in closing I ask you crooks - Is the Re-45 expected to return to its original state????????
